Montana Man Allegedly Licked Cop’s Eyeball During Arrest
A Montana man being arrested on an outstanding warrant last weekend licked a police officer’s eyeball.
Christopher Nicholas Hiatt, 34, of Walkerville, called police to report a theft on Saturday night.
When they responded to Pisser’s Place, the bar where Hiatt was drinking, they discovered he was wanted on a contempt warrant.
Hiatt refused to be handcuffed and resisted the officer – he then licked one of the officer’s eyeballs.
Now he’s facing a felony charge of assault on a police officer and misdemeanor charges of assault with a bodily fluid, criminal contempt and a probation violation.
He is being held on $26,000 bond.
