A Minnesota man charged with indecent exposure said he had been drinking and “must have been sleepwalking,” according to Chaska police.
The 26-year-old man, who was not identified, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, indecent exposure and motor vehicle tampering on June 8.
Police responded to reports of a naked man standing on the roof of a vehicle in a parking lot around 3:00 a.m. When they arrived they learned the suspect was nude and that he had fled the scene.
Officers went to the suspect’s home, where they found him asleep on his sofa in shorts.
He said he had no memory of running around naked, but a family member allegedly confirmed the report.
