A woman was recorded on a surveillance video shooting and killing a man at a Houston, Texas gas station on Sunday night.
She then videotaped the body on her cellphone before fleeing the Gulf station.
According to KHOU-TV the woman, who was partially dressed in camouflage, was arguing with the man, Lewis Daniels (video below).
After Daniels moved closer to her, she pulled a rifle out of her car trunk and pointed it at him. Daniels appears to swing an umbrella at her and then his fist. She backs away, lowers the rifle and fires several times.
Daniels' family members believe that he had gone to the gas station to buy a pack of cigarettes. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
“Well, my brother is harmless, he’s harmless and he wouldn’t have hurt her. He wouldn’t have hurt nobody,” Daniels’ brother told KHOU-TV. “She just didn’t know him, you know. Because if she’d have known my brother, she’d have known that Poochie wouldn’t have hurt nobody.”
Police tracked down the woman via her license plate number that was written down by witnesses. She was taken into custody, but her name was not released.
