A Florida lawyer has been arrested after he was reportedly caught in the act trying to shoot porn with a female inmate on his iPad.

Andrew Spark, 54, was charged with soliciting for prostitution, exposure of sexual organs and possession of contraband in a county detention facility.

Spark allegedly used his position as an attorney to meet with female inmates in private rooms at the Pinellas County Jail. The rooms, intended for confidential meetings between inmates and their lawyers, have no microphones, cameras or windows, except for a small one in the door which Spark would stand in front of when filming sex acts, according to WGHP.

In exchange for performing sex acts with him on film, Spark put money into the inmates' commissary account, according to WTVT. Spark was allegedly putting together a pornographic film he called "Girls in Jail."

"He had this whole thing scripted were it wasn't just take out the tablet and start filming her engaging in a sex act," said Sheriff Bob Gualtieri, according to WFTS.

Deputies learned about Spark's activities thanks to a tip from an inmate who said Spark visited her in jail and offered to put cash in her commissary account in exchange for oral sex.

The inmate, Shanna Boselli, 25, had previously met Spark at a Florida porn convention in 2016, according to WFTS. Spark reportedly expressed interest in filming a pornographic video with Boselli at the time, but ultimately they could not agree on a price. Boselli is currently serving a 40-year sentence after she and her husband were convicted of having sex with a 7-year-old girl.

When Spark met Boselli in jail to proposition her, he said he had been meeting another inmate Antoinette Napolitano who filmed sex acts with him. Boselli declined Spark's offer.

After receiving the tip, deputies confirmed that Spark had met with Napolitano the same day he met Boselli. Following an investigation, deputies learned Spark had also met Napolitano before she was in jail. The two met on Backpage.com, a website where Napolitano posted "prostitution ads," Gualtieri said, according to WFTS.

Seeing that Spark was scheduled to meet with Napolitano on Dec. 17, deputies placed a camera and microphone in the jail's private room and caught the two in the act.

The sheriff's office is continuing to investigate the possibility that Spark was filming other inmates at the jail or at different jails in Central Florida. He could face more charges depending on the outcome of the investigation.
