Looks like there’s one member of the Kardashian family already auditioning for the role of campaign manager for daughter Kim’s hypothetical mayoral run.
Kris Jenner recently told The Hollywood Reporter that she thought her reality TV star daughter was probably serious about running for office and that she’d make a formidable candidate.
“Crazier things have happened,” said Jenner. “[Kim] would be amazing at holding office because she’s so smart and she’s got that kind of personality that she can handle something like that.”
Jenner made her eyebrow-raising comments just before entering the White House Press Correspondent’s Dinner, wherein Jimmy Kimmel gave the keynote speech. Though she expressed unequivocal support for her daughter, Jenner was also quick to add one caveat, telling HR, “we’ve got our hands full at the moment.”
The Kardashian family recently inked a 3-year, $40 million television deal with network of choice E! Entertainment, so whether or not Kim’s name appears on the ballot for Mayor of Glendale, California, anytime soon we’re sure to see plenty of her on the small screen.
