Kirsten Dunst Gets Restraining Order Against Stalker

Kirsten Dunst was granted a three-year restraining order against a French fan who has shown up at her home.

The actress was granted a temporary court order against Jean Christophe Prudhon, 51, in December after he sent her over 50 love letters and flew to the U.S. to meet her. He even confronted Kirsten’s mother on the doorstep of her home.

Jean Prudhon admitted to sitting outside of Dunst’s home on 10 separate occasions and had made hundreds of telephone calls to the star.

The temporary order was due to expire, but Superior Court Judge Carol Boas Goodson granted Kirsten a three-year restraining order against Prudhon in court today.

Dunst did not appear in court for the Los Angeles hearing.
