Kim Kardashian West took her 4-year-old daughter, North West, to hand out food to the homeless.
Kim was seen opting for a more minimalistic look, wearing sweatpants and a tank top as she handed out food to the homeless with North, the Daily Mail reported. She was also accompanied by her sister, Kourtney Kardashian, and her two children, 5-year-old Penelope and 7-year-old Mason.
While the gesture sat well with most social media users, some felt the reality television stars were only helping the homeless as a publicity stunt for "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" ratings.
"They only do this for the sake of their show. No charity from the K Klan without something to gain in return," wrote one user.
"I can't help but feel this is not a selfless act. It's a lovely thing for people to do but this is not really in line with how she usually behaves, as she's normally too self involved," wrote another. "Hopefully it's a sign of growth and change...this may be very naive of me and it could be all for show but I am hopeful that people can grow, even if they've led a vacuous life."
"Story line from the fake Kardashians and nothing else," added another commenter. "Just like (Kylie) and Kendall visiting a homeless shelter during their show, but have they ever gone back or supported the shelter in any way? Nope."
Kim recently appeared on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," where she opened up about her traumatic experience being robbed at gunpoint in Paris.
"I feel like that was so meant to happen to me... I am such a different person. I feel like things happen in your life to teach you things," Kim said in the episode, which aired in April. "I was definitely materialistic before, not that there is anything bad with having those things, I worked really hard to get those things.
"I'm proud of everyone around me that is successful... but I'm so happy that my kids get this me and this is who is raising my kids, I just don't care about that stuff anymore. I really don't.
"Everyone gets so excited when they get things, of course when you get engaged you want to show off your ring, when you get a car, no matter what kind is, you feel so happy and so proud and you show it off on social media, but it's not worth it.
"I don't care about that stuff, I don't care to show off how I used to be. It's just not who I am anymore."
Kim was also spotted wearing husband Kanye West's new sneaker model. She took to Twitter to promote the long-awaited shoe.
"Yeezy Wave Runner 700," Kim wrote as the caption.
