A Missoula, Montana, man has been arrested and is facing charges after he allegedly had sex with his girlfriend’s family dog.
Back in February, Kenneth Dwayne Kellmer was at his girlfriend’s sister’s home when the sister caught him engaging in a sexual act with a 3-year-old husky.
According to court documents, Kellmer was on the floor, on his hands and knees with his pants down as the family dog was “humping” him.
Kellmer was charged on Monday in justice court with deviate sexual conduct. That afternoon he appeared before Missoula County Justice of the Peace Marie Andersen, who banned him from having contact with the owners of the husky, and any cats or dogs — including his own six pets, the Missoulian reports.
Kellmer was also ordered to undergo a mental health evaluation by a doctor.
He was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to reappear in another court hearing in two weeks.
Kellmer faces at least 10 years in prison and up to a $50,000 dollar fine if convicted, KULR reports.
