A photo of Kelly Osbourne in which a baby's arm appears to belong to her has gone viral, prompting the fashion designer and television star to call the image an "epic photo fail."
On April 16, Osbourne, 32, uploaded a photo of herself and her sister-in-law, Lisa Stelly, to Instagram. The two are standing in a pool drinking wine and wearing the same bathing suit. Lisa is married to Kelly's younger brother, Jack.
Once the image was posted, a number of Kelly's followers quickly noticed that, because of the way the picture was taken, she appears to have a baby arm.
"Never noticed your tiny left arm before," one person wrote, according to the Daily Mail. "LOL. You're stunning."
"Baby arm with floaty," someone else commented.
Another of her fans joked: "Little old to still be wearing floaties Kelly."
"Whoa. Is that not a baby arm/hand over your friend's left shoulder?" another asked. "It cannot be your hand!"
The image has since been liked over 17,000 times.
In response to the comments, Kelly uploaded the image again, this time with a red circle drawn around the baby's arm and an arrow pointing to it.
"Check out my sexy baby arm!" she wrote in the caption. "The most hysterical yet epic photo fail! This is instant karma for trying to hide my fat a-- behind Lisa while holding my niece!"
According to the Daily Mail, the arm belongs to Jack and Lisa's 22-month-old daughter, Andy Rose, who was in the pool with Kelly and Lisa when the picture was taken.
Andy Rose is the couple's second daughter after Pearl, who is 4 years old.
In a recent interview with Pride Source, Kelly slammed female celebrities who she says pretend to be lesbians in order to garner more publicity.
"There’s this whole generation of young Hollywood girls who can’t find love where they think it’s supposed to be, and then they come out being gay and two weeks later they have a boyfriend," she said, according to News.com.au. "It drives me nuts. I think it takes all the proactive work the LGBT community has done and sets them back. Oh, so now you’re gay? Then two weeks later, ‘Oh no, that was just a phase’. You don’t get to do that."
Kelly declined to name names, stating that doing so would be "just as bad as outing somebody who has not come out of the closet."
In the same interview, Kelly appeared to contradict her previous comments by speculating that everyone is homosexual to a certain degree.
"You know my honest opinion?" she said. "Everybody’s gay. It is a strictly human thing. You can’t put a gender on love. I’m open to loving anybody. It’s about the person. I don’t think it’s about sexuality at all."
