Two sisters from Orlando, Fla. were arrested after they allegedly knocked down the apartment door of one of their ex-boyfriends in what seemed to be a revenge scheme.
Katie and Brianna Buckland came to the house and demanded to fight the ex-boyfriend's new girlfriend. They pounded on the door and eventually broke it down.
Katie, 24, lived in the apartment prior to the new girlfriend and had a sexual relationship with the man since December.
When the man saw how violent the women were becoming, he and another male tried to hold them back. The women punched them both in the face.
"I asked her what was going on, and she said, 'My sister's boyfriend is in there with another girl and she deserves better than this.' So I said, 'Maybe she deserves better, but this is no way to do it. You really should get out and leave,'" a witness said.
After police arrived, they arrested both of the women. Brianna, 27, told officers that she was "just knocking on the door with [her] foot."
While being arrested, Brianna shouted an obscenity at the officer.
The women were drunk, and police found an open bottle of vodka in the rear driver's-side seat of their car.
During the drive to jail, Katie's only regret was that she did not get to hit the girlfriend. "I should have just hit her. When I get out, I'm going to hit the [expletive] for real," she said.
Katie was charged with burglary of a dwelling with battery, battery, criminal mischief and disorderly intoxication. Brianna was charged with burglary of a dwelling with battery, battery and criminal mischief.
