Is Football Coach Guilty of Running Player to Death?

A homicide trial began yesterday for a former Kentucky high school football coach (name), who stands accused of working one of his players to death. David Stenson has plead not guilty after being charged with reckless homicide and wanton endangerment after 15-year-old Max Gilpin collapsed and died during a strenuous practice under 94-degree heat.

Prosecutors allege that Stenson denied players water during the scorching practice and that he was slow to respond after Gilpin collapsed. Stenson's attorney claims that while the incident is undeniably a tragedy, his client is not at fault.
