Indian Rape Victim Confronts Alleged Attacker At Police Stations (VIDEO)

When a 23-year-old Indian nurse accidentally encountered the man accused of trying to rape and murder her on a local train in Mumbai, she at least partially got her revenge.

While her alleged attacker was handcuffed and held back by two policemen, the woman yelled at him and slapped him in the face. The confrontation happened at a police station and was captured on a CCTV.

After the 27-year-old man allegedly tried to force himself on her as she traveled to work, the woman went to the police station to report the attack. Following the attack on the train, the woman raised the alarm and the man was arrested by local railway police when he got off at the next station, The Daily Mail reported.

When she saw the man at the station, the nurse initially wanted to yell at him, but things got heated very quickly. At least three people were in the room while the woman physically assaulted the man.

This incident comes on the heels of four Indian men being sentenced to death by hanging for the gang rape and murder of a young woman on a bus in Delhi. That brutal story got international attention and prompted the government to implement tougher rape laws in March.
