Hollywood Studios' Employees Caught Pirating Hollywood Films

Hollywood often claims that online piracy is costing it billions of dollars, however, the movie biz doesn't mention, or doesn't know, that their own employees are participating in piracy with company computers while at work.

While the MPAA lobbies hard for anti-piracy laws in the U.S. and in other countries, BitTorrent piracy is rampant in Hollywood, reports, a website which reports the latest news and trends on the BitTorrent protocol, i.e. downloading.

­ recently published some of the files that Hollywood studio employees are sharing and even the Paramount Pictures' IP-addresses that are used to download of a wide variety of content.

Movies illegally downloaded by Paramount Pictures' employees included 'Battle Force,' 'The Hunger Games' and 'Happy Feet.'

Employees at Warner Bros. are frequent BitTorrent users with “a particular interest in adult entertainment” and 'The Expendables 2,' reports

Sony Picture employees are reportedly downloading video games, TV shows and movies such as 'Ice Age: Continental Drift.'
