Heavy Flooding In San Diego Nearly Submerges Lamborghini Parked In Underground Parking Lot

Flooding in San Diego County caused several traffic jams and flooded underground parking garages on Tuesday.

According to California Highway Patrol, a dump truck crashed on interstate 805 and spilled a load of rocks, causing major delays, Fox 5 reported. A collision on Interstate 15 involving a big rig also caused major delays.

Other highways, streets and underground parking lots suffered significant flooding. A Lamborghini parked in an underground parking lot in Ocean Beach was almost completely submerged by the flooding.

The flooding was so severe that an Encinitas woman posted a video on Facebook of a man surfing through the street while being towed by an SUV.
