Gun shopper Jeremy Snyder reportedly fired a gun inside a gun store wounding another gun customer in Jacksonville, N.C.
According the Jacksonville Police Department, the accidental shooting happened at the Guerrilla Armament gun store on Sunday (video below).
Police say that Snyder and Douglas Clapp were both handling a gun when it fired and hit Clapp.
Clapp was taken to a local hospital and then transferred to another medical center in Wilmington, N.C. He was in good condition, police said on Monday morning.
Snyder was issued a citation by the Jacksonville Police for discharging a firearm within city limits, noted WITN.
Melissa Fitta, the owner of Power of Touch Massage and Bodywork Therapies, which shares a wall with Guerrilla Armament in a mini-mall, told NewsChannel 12, "My main concern was the fact of safety. How was I going to be able to ensure my own safety as well as my clients safety?"
"Being the fact that we're in a strip mall, the building isn't built thick enough to sustain or to stop bullets from coming through these walls," added Fitta.
