In West Palm Beach, Florida, a tragedy occurred outside a 7-11 Store and was caught on graphic store surveillance video (below).
34-year-old Naomie Breton was waiting to pick up her 4-year-old child from the child's father outside the store.
Moments later, the child's father Roosevelt Mondesir, drove up, poured gasoline on Breton and the car.
Breton tried to run away, got inside the store, but Mondesir pulled her outside and lit her on fire.
Police arrested Mondesir several hours later. He was hiding him in some bushes near the 7-Eleven.
According to the NY Daily News, Mondesir was charged with attempted first-degree murder and treated for burns at a nearby hospital, before being transferred to jail.
Breton was treated at another hospital and is expected to survive.
She previously tried to file a restraining order against Mondesir, but a judge denied the request.
