Florida woman Ramona Braswell was arrested on Saturday after she allegedly used a Taser on her own 3-year-old child.
St. Petersburg police say that Braswell intentionally touched her child in the arm with a Taser and caused visible injuries. The child’s exact condition was not released.
Braswell was arrested at her home at 2820 Fifth St. S. around 6 p.m. on Saturday.
The 30-year-old, who has a history of arrests including one for alleged retail theft, was charged with one count of child abuse. She was released from Pinellas County Jail after posting a $5,000 bond.
