A Florida father and daughter are being held without bond after they allegedly raped a young girl.

Euel Quinton Deloach Jr., 56, was arrested in Bradenton, Florida, after he was implicated in the sexual abuse of a 6-year-old girl and another victim, according to the Bradenton Herald. Police believe that other victims of Deloach may have yet to come forward.

Deloach's daughter, Melissa Deloach, 28, was also arrested after she told police she was not only in the room when the assault took place, but also an active participant, according to the Miami Herald. When asked by investigators how many times the alleged abuse occurred, Melissa guessed about five or six.

Deloach is charged with at least six counts of sexual battery on a child less than 12 years of age, with additional charges remaining possible. His victims told police that he instructed them to say nothing about the alleged assaults -- a claim which he denies, according to the Bradenton Herald.

His second victim told police that Deloach had sexually assaulted her several times between 2007 and 2013 while she was still a minor. The victim, now an adult, alleged that during the times of the assaults she was suffering from a heroin addiction and Deloach would offer her drugs or cash in exchange for sex.

The second victim also told police she witnessed Deloach sexually abusing the other victim when the other girl was just 5 years old.

WTSP reported at the time of the arrest that the two victims were "close relatives" of Deloach, a detail not confirmed by other news outlets reporting on the case.

The Bradenton Herald did confirm that the victims knew Deloach at the time of the assault, but could not verify the relationship.

"That’s crazy. If he could do something to his own family member... you expect him to do it to somebody else," said a neighbor of Deloach. That neighbor's daughter also told WTSP that Deloach would stare at her while she took out the trash, an occurrence that would startle her enough to run back into the house.

"I felt disgusted," the girl said. "He’s old; he shouldn't be looking at a little girl like that. I didn't like it."

Deloach was described by police as sporadically employed and without a full-time job, picking up odd jobs when they became available.
