A hilarious mug shot of a Florida man was taken on Sunday after he attempted to make a drive thru order at Taco Bell without a car, then was arrested by police when he refused to leave the restaurant.

According to the arrest report, Gabriel Harris was intoxicated when he arrived at the fast food chain’s drive thru on a bicycle. When the staff refused to take his order, he and a woman later identified as Sarah Haliburton entered the restaurant and were again refused service.

Employees argued that the two had entered the dining room after 3 a.m. when the restaurant was closed. When staff refused to fulfill Harris’ order, the 33-year-old declined to leave and employees called police. When police arrived, they found Harris on a bicycle near the menu speaker.

When police confronted Harris, they first asked him to leave, then spotted a red Swiss Army knife on his belt loop and attempted to retrieve it. Harris grabbed an officer’s wrist and wrestled the man to the ground until Harris was at last handcuffed.

Harris suffered a scrape to the head as a result of the altercation.

Police jailed and charged Harris with resisting arrest with violence. His companion, Haliburton, was released without being charged. Harris was later released on $1,000 bond.

In August, Harris was arrested for resisting arrest without violence.
