Duck Dynasty's Phil Robertson Delivers Another Anti-Gay Rant (Video)

Duck Dynasty's Phil Robertson was caught on camera delivering another anti-gay rant during an Easter sermon just months after he was suspended by A&E for making disparaging remarks about homosexuals during an interview with GQ.

During the April 20 sermon in West Monroe, La., Robertson, 68, doubled down on his belief that homosexuals will not got o heaven unless they repent.

“You say, why’d they get mad at you?” Robertson asked. “‘Cuz instead of acknowledging their sin, like you had better do, they railed against me for giving them the truth about their sins. Don’t deceive yourselves.”

“You want the verse? The news media didn’t even know it was a verse!” he added. “They thought I was just mouthing off. ‘Is homosexual behavior a sin?’ the guy asked me. I said, ‘Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God? Don’t be deceived.’”

He then paraphrased a verse from Corinthians.

“Neither the sexually immoral, nor the idolators nor adulterers nor male prostitutes, nor homosexual offenders, nor thieves, nor greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God,” he said.

“That list of sins covered me in my past life,” he said. “We've all been there. The reason we're here today is to remind us of the gospel that's preached.”

Robertson previously issued a public apology for similar statement he made to GQ in December 2013 suggesting he doesn’t dislike homosexuals.

“I would never treat anyone with disrespect just because they are different from me,” he said. “We are all created by the Almighty and like Him, I love all of humanity. We would all be better off if we loved God and loved each other.”

His show’s sixth season is scheduled to begin June 11.
