A two-year-old poodle/shih-tzu mix named 'Tonik' was recently rescued from a kill shelter in Kentucky and is hoping to be adopted.
Tonik is not your typical dog, as he seems to have a human-like face, reports the Daily Mail.
Tonik was saved by the Homeward Bound Animal Welfare Group in Mishawaka, Indiana. The group described the dog as "a very sweet boy who is trying to figure things out and enjoy people."
Tonik has been micro-chipped, groomed and is healthy.
His adoption donation is $250 and will need to be picked up from the organization as they do not ship animals.
