A Department of Homeland Security manager in charge of buying weapons and ammunition for the government has a little business that he runs on the side. In addition to purchasing weapons, Ayo Kimathi allegedly runs a website that advocates mass murdering “whites” and the "ethnic cleansing" of "Uncle Tom race traitors," according to the Southern Poverty Law Center. Kimathi, who calls himself the “Irritated Genie,” initially claimed the website was set up to sell concert and lecture videos.
The website is called “War on the Horizon” or WOH. “Warfare is eminent,” the website reads, “and in order for Black people to survive the 21st century, we are going to have to kill a lot of whites – more than our Christian hearts can possibly count.”
Kimathi makes the people that he works with nervous. “Everybody in the office is afraid of him,” said a former supervisor. “This guy is filled with hate. People are afraid he will come in with a gun someday and go postal. I am astounded he’s employed by the federal government, let alone Homeland Security.”
As a law enforcement agency employee, Kimathi had to get permission to create and maintain his website. By misrepresenting what the site was about, he was able to get it officially cleared, Fox News reported.
“He told management that it was an entertainment website selling videos of concerts and lectures,” according to the report from the SPLC. “He called it simply WOH, never saying that WOH stood for War on the Horizon.”
According to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement spokeswoman Gillian Christensen, “Every ICE employee is held to the highest standard of professional and ethical conduct. Accusations of misconduct are investigated thoroughly and if substantiated, appropriate actions in taken.”
