The Delaware Senate unanimously passed House Bill 258 yesterday afternoon.The bill now heads to the desk of Governor Jack Markell (D) for his consideration.
HB258 would extend the validity of a concealed carry permit from 2 years to 3 years for initial licenses and 3 years to 5 years for renewal licenses.
