While a local news channel was covering the stabbing of a 61-year-old woman in Knoxville, Tenn., her daughter walked up to news cameras and confessed to the crime, claiming her mother was a satanic cult leader.
“The satanic cult in this city has been casting satanic spells on me for three, four days. I’m exhausted. I came home and found out my mom was the ringleader and was trying to kill my daughter,” said the victim’s daughter, Katie Nichols, told WVLT.
Neighbors called 911 Tuesday around 3:30 a.m. when they heard the victim screaming. The unidentified woman had stab wounds to her neck, chest and stomach. She was rushed to the hospital and is now in intensive care.
Nichols says the only reason her mother didn’t die is because she’s the Antichrist.
"When I left, she was still breathing. I stabbed her three times and she should have died. She was still breathing. I don't know what happened to her afterwards or where they took her, but she was the antichrist - she did not die," said Nichols.
She claims she took her daughter and hid after the stabbing.
"I had to kill her - she was going to kill both of us. She was so powerful, I had no idea - I had no idea that my mother was that powerful," she said.
Nichols is convinced she saved the world from her mother.
"She had symbolic representations of my death, my daughter's death, every nuclear explosion that was supposed to happen - that's not going to now. Because all of the satanic cult has been rounded up and killed now," she said.
She was booked into Knox County jail and charged with attempt first degree murder and kidnapping.
