Dashcam Video of George Zimmerman Handcuffed by Police

Police have released a dashcam video showing officers handcuffing George Zimmerman yesterday outside his in-laws' home in Lake Mary, Fla.

In the video (below), police officers repeatedly tell Zimmerman to walk to the police car with his hands in the air. At one point, Zimmerman is told to get on his knees on the ground as officers take him into custody with handcuffs.

Zimmerman was not arrested, but detained after a hysterical 911 call by his estranged wife Shellie, who claimed that Zimmerman was armed, had threatened her and punched her dad in the nose.

However, Shellie ultimately chose not to press charges.

“Domestic violence can’t be invoked because she has changed her story and says she didn’t see a firearm,” Police Chief Steve Bracknell said on Monday.

Zimmerman's long-time lawyer Mark O'Mara went to the house while the police were still there.

According to ABC News, O'Mara said his advice for Zimmerman was, "Pay me."

O'Mara said he will no longer represent Zimmerman, except for his civil suit against NBC News for defamation and procedural issues related to the Trayvon Martin case.
