Couple Charged for Sex Acts During Airplane Flight

Jessica Stroble and Christopher Martin have been charged for allegedly performing sex acts on a 90-minute plane flight from Medford, Ore., to Las Vegas.

The incident reportedly happened aboard an Allegiant Airlines flight in June.

According to court papers, an unidentified passenger saw Stroble allegedly “perform oral sex and manually stimulate the genitalia of a male passenger sitting in the window seat next to her" and "[wipe] off her mouth while the male put his penis back inside his pants.”

A second witness claims to have seen Martin's penis said the “male passenger had his hand on the back of the female’s neck and was in his own world.”

More passengers told the FBI that Martin put his hand in Stroble’s pants and was “rubbing it up and down and the female assisted him.”

Later, Stroble allegedly performed oral sex on Martin for a second time, notes The Smoking Gun.

Martin then reportedly “pulled the female’s shirt down and began kissing the female’s exposed breast.”

Passengers claimed they told a fight attendant, who told the frisky couple to stop and they did.

Stroble and Martin were met at the airport by Las Vegas police and charged with engaging in “lewd, indecent and obscene acts on an airplane."

Stroble told The Smoking Gun that she did not know charges were filed against her and “none of that happened.”
