Four People Arrested For Having Sex With Children


Four Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, residents were arrested and charged with sexually assaulting two children over the course of five months.

On Jan 25, Horry County Police received a report of sexual assault on two children. The four-year-old victims, male and female, were given forensic interviews soon after.

On March 3, 29-year-old Lindsey Honeycutt, 30-year-old Ambrose Heavener, 55-year-old Panteleimon Spirakis and 45-year-old Anthony Strickland were arrested for the assault.

The victims disclosed during a therapy session that Honeycutt and Heavener forced them to have sex with each other, as well as their siblings. Honeycutt and Heavener had sex with the children, and the female victim was forced to engage in sexual activity with Spirakis.

Some of the sexual assaults took place at a strip club called Chez Joey, The Sun News reports. Honeycutt worked as a dancer at the club and brought the victims with her to work. There were multiple locations where the assaults occurred, according to the children.

The sexual assault had been occurring since May 1, 2015.

Spirakis was previously arrested and charged in 2008 for molesting an 11-year-old girl for three years. He was sentenced to five years in prison, though the sentence was reduced to two years with five years of probation. Spirakis is the owner of a business called Phil's Lock & Key.

Honeycutt was jailed on four separate occasions for marijuana possession, filing a false police report and violating probation.

Heavener was previously charged with marijuana possession, as well as possession of drug paraphernalia.

The victims were from Tabor City, North Carolina, WMBF reports. They were subsequently placed in the care of a guardian, Horry County Lt. Mark Bonner said.

Honeycutt and Heavener were both charged with criminal sexual conduct with a minor in the first degree, sexual exploitation of a minor in the first degree, engaging a child for sexual performance and incest.

Spirakis and Strickland were also charged with criminal sexual conduct with a minor, sexual exploitation of a minor and engaging a child for sexual performance.
