Los Angeles County Coroner, who performed the expedited autopsy on Michael Jackson one day after the King of Pop's sudden death, said there was "no indication of foul play" and no sign of trauma to Jackson's body.
However, the official cause of death has not yet been determined. The coroner said more testing is needed. That process could take 4-6 weeks.
The Associated Press reports an anonymous source close to Jackson says the singer suffered a heart attack on Thursday.
According to the AP: "The person, who was not authorized to speak publicly and requested anonymity, said Jackson had suffered a heart attack. Jackson's brother Jermaine had said the pop singer apparently went into cardiac arrest — which often but not always happens because of a heart attack."
What about the prescription drugs?
Confirming many news reports since the performer's death, the coroner said Jackson was taking "some prescription medications."
