A Papa John’s delivery driver who was carjacked in southwest Atlanta delivered the pizza on foot before he notified police.
The delivery driver told authorities that two men pointed revolvers at him and demanded his belongings, at which point he got out of his black 2003 Cadillac CTS.
According to police, the suspects then sped away in the man’s car. He delivered pizza to the nearby house before he ran for help.
After filing out an incident report, police say the delivery driver asked to be taken to the West End train station, instead of the Papa John’s restaurant where he worked. He said he wasn’t prepared to tell his boss what had happened yet. Police said the man did not want to chance getting fired.
