A 36-year-old mother is accused of flying from California to Maryland to meet up with an underage teen she met online for sex.
According to investigators, Rachel Hicks met the 13-year-old boy in an Xbox live chat room. They say that quickly escalated to phone calls, texting, emails and sending sexually explicit photos and videos to each other.
She flew to Maryland over the Thanksgiving holiday, where police say they had sex. Later, the boy's family discovered "romantic" text messages on his cell phone, and he confessed the truth.
Hicks, who told the boy she was 23, also used a phony name with her victim. But police were able to track her down at her home in Orange County on Friday and arrest her.
She is being held on suspicion of child molestation and rape.
But the investigation is not over -- police say new information has led them to the possibility of a second victim, another boy younger than 18. However this time she stayed local -- they are looking for him in California.
