Reality TV star Caitlyn Jenner has reportedly been banned from entering the delivery room when her daughter, Kylie Jenner, gives birth, an insider has said.
Although she has not confirmed if she is pregnant, speculation and rumors of "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star Kylie's pregnancy have made headlines since the news first broke in September. Star Magazine has now published a story stating that Caitlyn would not be allowed in the delivery room, to avoid confrontation, according to the International Business Times.
According to a source close to the Kardashian-Jenner family, 20-year-old Kylie "is done with [Caitlyn's] drama" and has told her security team to keep Caitlyn out of the hospital. Kylie reportedly wants "a peaceful environment, not confrontations between contractions."
Caitlyn's relationship with the rest of the family has been turbulent after the release of her memoir, "The Secrets of My Life," in which she criticized ex-wife Kris Jenner. Kris' daughter, Kim Kardashian West, accused Caitlyn of making false accusations against Kris, and leaving out her criticisms in early drafts of the book, which Kim had been allowed to see.
Representatives for Caitlyn said the 67-year-old was not "banned" from the delivery room, but did not confirm whether she would be there when Kylie was having her baby.
Caitlyn was previously reported to be happy but "worried" for her daughter after the news broke of her rumored pregnancy with her boyfriend, rapper Travis Scott.
"Caitlyn is excited for Kylie but is also worried and thinks she is too young to move forward with such a big life decision as this," a source told Us Weekly.
A representative for Caitlyn said that the former Olympian had been told about the pregnancy "some time ago," according to The Sun.
That statement came after a report that Caitlyn had been "shocked" to learn about her daughter's pregnancy.
"Caitlyn was really shocked and disappointed to learn that Kylie is pregnant," a source previously told Hollywood Life. "She thinks Kylie is way too young to have a baby, and that she should have waited until she was in a long-term committed relationship."
"Obviously, Kylie has more than enough money to ensure that she can pay for help, but Caitlyn still thinks that having a baby will take a huge toll on Kylie's life," added the source.
The insider also said Caitlyn was concerned about the length of Kylie and Scott's relationship, as they began dating in April.
"Caitlyn is concerned that Kylie and Travis really haven't been dating very long, and that a baby will put a big strain on their relationship, but Kylie believes the opposite -- that she and Travis will be together forever," the source said.
The rumored pregnancy comes during a Kardashian baby boom -- Khloe Kardashian is reported to be expecting her first child with NBA star Tristan Thompson, while Kim and rapper husband Kanye West are reported to be expecting their third child, which will be delivered via a surrogate.
