Police arrested the brother of Las Vegas shooter Stephen Paddock on Oct. 25 for having child pornography on his computer.

Sources allegedly told TMZ that law enforcement officials were investigating Bruce Paddock even before Stephen's Vegas shooting.

Somebody had reportedly tipped off authorities about child porn on his computer, prompting officials to issue a search warrant.

After his brother's massacre, police received a tip that Bruce was living at an assisted living facility in North Hollywood, California.

While there, the FBI and LAPD arrested Bruce after reportedly finding images of child pornography on his computer.

According to property owner Hector Cruz, Bruce has a history of criminal behavior.

In 2014, Bruce was a squatter in Cruz's San Fernando Valley home, where he reportedly tampered with machinery and equipment.

Legal documents revealed that when confronted, Bruce clenched his fists and told Cruz, "If you keep f***ing with me, I am going to kill you and drop you in the desert."

On another occasion, Bruce allegedly punched Cruz in the arm.

"I am extremely afraid of Paddock, who has intimidated me by his violent character and destruction of my business office and my service bay," Cruz wrote in legal documents. He then asked for, and was granted, a temporary restraining order against Bruce.

Cruz also said Bruce was a drug user and seller whose behavior was "extremely erratic and unpredictable."

Bruce was a suspected drug dealer, according to a police report, and authorities have arrested him for alleged crimes including selling marijuana, theft and arson.

Before the Oct. 25 arrest, Bruce had publicly spoken out about his brother's mass shooting, speculating that financial difficulties may have unhinged him to commit the massacre, NBC News reports.

Bruce had also revealed that the FBI questioned him twice about his sibling.

"They were just asking about our childhood, what schools we went to, who his friends were, all the stuff we did," he said.

Bruce is not the only relative of the Las Vegas shooter with a criminal history; their father Benjamin "Big Daddy" Paddock, also had run ins with law enforcement, reports The Independent.

Their father was a serial bank robber who was once on the FBI's Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list

He had been on the run for years before police arrested him in 1960, when he was sentenced to 20 years behind bars.

However, eight years into his sentence, Benjamin escaped and fled from Texas to Oregon. Police eventually caught up with the man in 1978.
