Police are searching for a man who shot five people, killing three, at a business park in Maryland.
Two of the shooting victims remain in critical condition, according to WRC.
The shooting took place inside Advanced Granite Solutions, a store in Edgewood that sells stone countertops and surfaces.
Police believe the man is associated with the business.
The business park is located in Harford County, about 30 miles northeast of Baltimore.
Five Harford County Public Schools were placed on lockdown after the shooting, reports CNN. Students are being kept inside and visitors are not allowed.
Harford Police shared a picture of the suspect, Radee Labeeb Prince, 37, on Twitter after the shooting.
A witness told WBAL that it's "total chaos" in the area.
"We're actually locked in right now with three of our clients," said Mike Sullivan, who works at a nearby business. "We tried to put everybody by a door that has windows."
Sullivan told WBAL that an employee of the neighboring business told him there was sounds of fighting before the shooting started.
"He said it sounded like a big huge fight going on, and then next thing he knew, he heard some noises -- didn't sound like gunshots, or didn't really think it was gunshots -- but the next thing he knew, that's when all chaos broke out," Sullivan said.
Prince fled the scene and no arrest has been made.
