Arizona Cop Kyle James McCartin Fired For Pulling Gun On Gas Station Attendant (Video)

A police officer from Tucson, Ariz., pulled a gun on a gas station attendant while he was intoxicated and off-duty. Kyle James McCartin, 23, was arrested on two counts of aggravated assault and has been fired.

Rincon District deputies were called to a Giant Gas Station after two men who appeared very intoxicated entered the store wearing bulletproof vests, The Blaze reported.

One of the men, later identified as McCartin, allegedly pulled out a gun and pointed it twice at the clerk. Deputies found the two men at a nearby apartment complex and the Pima County Sheriff’s Department notified Tucson police that McCartin had been taken into custody.

The gas station’s surveillance camera got the incident on tape.
