Arcangelo Bianco Jr. has been charged with several crimes after he allegedly went deer hunting in a Walmart parking lot in Burrell Township, Pennsylvania.
The Pennsylvania Game Commission claims Bianco shot several rounds from a handgun at a white-tailed deer from within the store’s parking lot. He then killed the animal near a highway, reports FoxNews.com.
The alleged shooting happened in November of 2012, while Bianco was shopping at the store and later saw the deer in the parking lot, reports CBS Pittsburgh.
After the deer ran around a corner of the store, Bianco got out of his truck with a handgun and “began firing multiple rounds at the deer,” according to court documents.
Bianco faces one count of reckless endangerment, hunting without a license, shooting on or across highways and unlawful killing or taking of big game.
