Tuesday afternoon an Alabama man went on a shooting rampage that left at least 10 people dead, including his family and himself. According to police reports the killer has been identified as Michael Kenneth McClendon, 28, a Kinston, Alabama, resident who had recently quit his job at a nearby food distribution company.
In what officials are calling the worst shooting in Alabama history, McClendon apparently first killed several members in four separate shootings before opening fire on bystanders. He was then cornered by police and killed himself before he could be arrested.
