BALTIMORE --- Baltimore based Urban Communications today announced the official release of, formerly a Historically Black College and University (HBCU) Portal.

"Within the last five days generated 15,000+ new users who have posted more than 30,000 pictures," said Sterling McKinley, Lead Web Analyst of Urban Communications. "This type of momentum will propel as the leading African American Social network."
