A 2-year-old toddler became a YouTube sensation thanks to his remarkable basketball skills -- and quickly had celebrities lining up to meet him (video below).

Titus Ashby became known as "Trick-Shot Titus" after videos of his skills went viral.

“It does feel like it's a dream,” his father, Joseph, told the Deseret News. “But I don't know if it's a dream come true, because I never really thought that I was the kind of person that's like, 'Oh I can't wait to meet a famous person, or I want to be so famous some day.’”

As a kid, Joseph said he played a number of sports but always loved basketball. Titus began dropping balls into hoops when he was 15 months old, and his father started recording the moments on camera.

“We joked around about it going viral, but we didn’t think it would ever happen,” said Kristin, Titus’ mother.

“After we posted it, we started getting calls and comments on the videos, and then it just kept getting more popular. We were just bombarded with emails, calls and media requests."

A video uploaded in 2012 shows that Titus had the chance to meet celebrities Bradley Cooper and Channing Tatum after his trick shot clips went viral. Tatum challenged Titus to an arm-wrestle in the video, and Cooper admitted that his loss at the hands of the toddler was due to a lack of ability.

“I didn't have the eye of the tiger like you did,” Cooper said to Titus, Newsiosity reported. “I think if I train a little bit more, you know, eat right, get some sleep..."

Joseph said he’s grateful for the experiences and opportunities he's had with his son.

“We've just done a lot of things that are going to be very special memories and are really fun to experience in real time,” he said.
