15-Year-Old Girl Caught Assaulting Peer On Camera Won't Apologize For What She Did (Video)

This week, a video went viral showing a 15-year-old girl bashing a 16-year-old in a suburban Sydney, Australia park, and now, the 15-year-old is speaking out about why she did what she did.

In the video, a group of teens surrounds a 16-year-old girl while she pushes an infant in a swing. The girl pleads with the teens, fronted by the 15-year-old, to leave her alone, but they don’t listen.

“Can't you just take no for an answer? I am not fighting you right now,” says the 16-year-old victim. “And I have never had a fight in my life.”

“Well, it’s time to experience them,” says one of the teens.

The 16-year-old reportedly tried to walk home after the altercation, but the group chased after her.

The 15-year-old proceeds to take the victim by her hair, knock her to the ground, and repeatedly knee her in the head. Right before the video ends, the 15-year-old kicks the girl in the face as she lies motionless on the ground.

Now, the attacker has officially been charged with assault and is speaking out about what happened. She told 9News in Australia that she wasn’t sorry for what she did, but was sorry for the way she went about it.

“I'm sorry for — I don't regret what I done, only for the way I did it,” said the girl. “I didn't mean to hurt her the way I did, and all that stuff.”

The attacker is set to appear in court next month.
