Explanation:
Suzanne Venker – aka No Bull Mom -- is an author, blogger, and former classroom teacher. She writes for a featured sub-blog at David Horowitz’s NewsReal called “In the Family Way,” as well as Right Pundits.
Suzanne’s writing tends toward the provocative – as evidenced by her first book, 7 Myths of Working Mothers: Why Children and (Most) Careers Just Don’t Mix (Spence Publishing, 2004), which argues that young children and demanding careers are incompatible. Her book is a Main Selection of Bookspan’s American Compass Book Club and is listed on Jeff Rubin’s Guide to Best Conservative Books. It was also endorsed by Dr. Laura Schlessinger and featured in Human Events, American Enterprise, Townhall.com, National Review, and Glamour. In 2007, 7 Myths became available in Europe.
Suzanne has appeared on CNN, FOX, C-Span, PAX, and EWTN – as well as hundreds of radio shows throughout the country – and her speaking engagements include various women’s groups, such as the Clare Boothe Luce Institute in Washington D.C.
In 2006 Suzanne was featured in Kate O’Beirne’s Women Who Make the World Worse. (Thankfully, Suzanne was not among the list of women noted for “making the world worse.”) Her work has appeared in Human Events, National Review, World Net Daily, and The Wall Street Journal.
Suzanne lives in St. Louis, MO, with her husband and two children.
