In early 2001, infopackets.com made its online debut in the form of a weekly online publication based on MS Windows. Soon after, a series of how-to guides were compiled to help ease the ever-increasing demand of frequently asked computer questions (FAQs) from our website visitors.
As the number of guides grew larger, an online information kiosk was created. The kiosk serves two purposes: to efficiently catalogue our most sought after FAQs, and to provide visitors a means to download our guides via email in a print-friendly manner.
Our guides (affectionately known as "info packets") remain extremely popular today and account for a majority of traffic to our site -- second only to the daily swarm of traffic generated by 250,000+ returning newsletter subscribers.
