Now in its third year, YOGA ROCKS THE PARK offers yogis of all ages and abilities the opportunity to practice to a soundtrack of live music under Denver’s famously clear summer skies.
Each day’s festivities begin with a 75-minute, all-levels yoga practice coupled with live performances from talented local and national musicians. Kids 5–10 can join in the fun with CAMP YOGA ROCKS: an interactive program featuring yoga postures, face painting, hula hooping, free snacks and other surprises. Following the asana practice, the live music continues as attendees socialize in the vibrant vendor area.
