The Seeds of Challenging Asanas: Arm Balances & Inversions

Saturday, April 16th | 1:30pm – 3:30pm (Q&A to follow)

The journey of 1,000 miles begins with one…chattaranga? No matter how daunting the pose, the seed for it is being planted in your practice right now. This playful, informative workshop drops you into the “why” of the early poses, then uses momentum to swing you past where you’ve gone before.
