A woman in Puerto Rico, Raquel Velez, says that two U.S. Marshals hit her car, pulled a gun on her and then drove off. Velez filmed the tail end of the incident (video below).

PhotographyIsNotACrime.com translated some of what Velez told the U.S. Marshals, one of whom appeared to be placing his gun in his holster at the start of the video.

“You shouldn’t have done that!" Velez yelled in Spanish. "You crashed into my car, you are federal agents and then you point a gun at me!”

This judge looked an inmate square in the eyes and did something that left the entire courtroom in tears:

“You crash into my car and on top of that you are taking off?” Velez added.

According to Velez, the accident happened outside a federal prison. There appears to be damage to the right side of her car in the video.

Noticias PRTV reports that the U.S. Marshals said Velez hit their van while they were driving 19 inmates to the prison.

Velez told the news network she was skeptical that the U.S. Marshals were transporting prisoners as they left a door open when they got out of the van.

Velez said that her car was hit toward the rear area, which is evidence that the U.S. Marshals were at fault.

The U.S. Attorney General was notified about the video and the incident.
