ISIS released a new video threatening to attack the U.K. next, also featuring what it says is video of the Paris attackers training with weapons before the massacre.

The group explains the U.K. is its next target for carrying out airstrikes in Syria and supporting the French, the Daily Mail reports.

“Whoever stands in the ranks of Kufr [nonbelievers] will be a target for our swords and will fall in humiliation,” it states, while featuring images of British Prime Minister David Cameron and iconic London landmarks.

Later, it adds, “We will make you taste terror, and you will taste it in your very stronghold. By Allah, we will make rivers out of your blood on this day. We will fight you to the last man among us and there is nothing between us and you but the edge of the sword.”

Cameron’s office responded relatively unfazed by the threats.

“We are in the process of examining this latest propaganda video,” Cameron’s spokeswoman said. “It is another move from an appalling terrorist group that is clearly in decline.”

In the video, ISIS also encourages individuals across Europe to incite terrorism, urging those sympathetic to their cause “to smash [the enemies’] head with a rock” if they need to.

In addition to these explicit threats, the video purportedly features the masterminds behind the Nov. 13 Paris attacks training for the massacre.

After fighter Foued Mohamed Aggad beheads a prisoner, his friend Samy Amimour quietly warns “Soon in Champs-Elysees.”

Chakib Akrouh calls French President Francois Hollande “the dog of the White House” before addressing the French public.

“Your hands have been tainted with blood for a simple reason. That reason is your election of this president who today bombs our Muslim brothers in Mali, Sham and Iraq,” he said.

The fighters also praise the French fighters for the terrorist attacks, CNN reports.

"The following are the final messages of the nine lions of the caliphate who were mobilized from their dens to bring an entire country -- France -- to her knees," they said, before featuring most of the French attackers’ photos and names.
