Three people died after a man set a fire inside a hospital ward in Tirana, Albania, on June 25 (video below).

On a hospital surveillance video, a male patient is seen walking into a dialysis area and tossing gasoline on a second male patient, notes

There is a brief struggle before the first male patient lights the gas on fire, which fills the room with flames at the American Hospital.

Two women, Sanije Sulaj and Hani Mal, reportedly died of asphyxia.

Albanian Daily News identified Lefter Canaj as the patient who caused the explosion, and noted that he died several hours later from his injuries after being arrested by police.

Nurses stopped the fire from spreading throughout the hospital.

The man who was allegedly targeted, Dashamir Saraci, survived the incident, but was seriously injured.

There was reportedly conflict between Canaj and Saraci over a line for dialysis treatment.

Police tried to prevent a future disaster on July 27 in Hildesheim, Lower Saxony, Germany, by raiding a mosque and the apartments of eight members of the DIK, an Islamic group, reports the Daily Mail.

The DIK has allegedly encouraged Germans to join ISIS in Syria and Iraq, and has held sermons and seminars that advocate "the hatred of infidels."

"The DIK in Hildesheim is a nationwide hot spot of radical Muslims that we have been watching for a long time," Lower Saxony Interior Minister Boris Pistorius stated.

"After months of preparation, we have taken an important step to end the association."

There have been lone wolf attacks throughout the country recently, including an axe and knife attack on a train in Wurzburg on July 18 that injured five people.

Additionally, a gunman killed nine people at a McDonald's and shopping mall on July 22 in Munich before taking his own life.

A suicide bomber blew himself up outside a music festival in Ansbach, which injured 15 victims on July 24.
