A 19-year-old woman reportedly posted an ad online, seeking to sell her virginity to a very well-heeled buyer.

"Hey, I am a 19 years old girl who wants to sell her virginity," says the ad, which was posted to Locanto, a website where people can post classified listings, according to the Daily Mail.

The ad says that for approximately $188,400, the woman will have sex for the first time. It lists her measurements and says that she has a "skinny, [athletic] body." Included are a number of racy photos of her in her underwear.

This young teenage singer was shocked when Keith Urban invited her on stage at his concert. A few moments later, he made her wildest dreams come true.

"Send me your questions and offer," the ad reads. "I am open for everything."

It contains a number of conditions, including "no sex toys and no violence," no filming, and no unprotected sex.

"We have to go to a restaurant, so we can go out for a dinner and we can meet," reads a portion of the conditions. "It will happen in a hotel which you can choose. If I don't want to do this, I can rescind from the deal."

It also says that a payment must be made in advance and says that more details will be provided for people who make it through the screening process.

The woman's identity is not revealed, though the ad says she lives in Sydney City, Australia. It is not known for certain whether she personally posted a legitimate offer, the listing was a scam, or a third party was attempting to sell her against her will. The ad has several spelling errors.

If the listing is legitimate, it is far from the first time that a young woman has auctioned her virginity online. In March, a site called Cinderella Escorts reported a massive uptick in women who wanted to sell their virginity after 18-year-old Romanian model Aleexandra Kefren famously auctioned hers for approximately $2.5 million on the site to a businessman from Hong Kong, notes The Sun.

"I wanted to sell my virginity with Cinderella Escorts rather than giving it to a future friend who might have left me anyway," Kefren said at the time, adding that the hotel was booked, according The Sun. "And I think many other girls have the same attitude. How many would possibly forgo their first time in retrospect if they could have [$2.5 million] instead?"

More than 300 people around the world requested to sell their virginity on the site after Kefren's ad became famous.
