Friday, October 1 is World Vegetarian Day and the kick-off of Vegetarian Awareness Month!
Whether or not you are already a vegetarian, why not take this Friday to look at your eating habits, try out a new recipe, take a look at the environmental impact of eating meat and fully explore what it means to be vegetarian? You don't have to decide in one day, but making smart educated decisions about where your food comes from, what goes on your plate and then goes into your body is truly living your Yoga.
