In a bow to Sarah Palin, White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs went to his hand during a briefing Tuesday to remember points he wanted to make to reporters.

It's pretty sad watching the White House focus so much on those that don't agree with them, especially those that hold no seat in government (Limbaugh, Palin, Hannity...), instead of dealing with those that they actually do have to deal with.
Can you imagine Bush focusing on Cindy Sheehan and Michael Moore as much as this current administration does to it's detractors?
I don't follow anyone, because those that appear to be on the same path usually end up just getting in my way.
The republicans DON'T focus on those who opposed them? Really? Have you not listened to Limbaugh...ever? Did you not hear anything the former "Administration" ever said while addressing opposition? Have you not listened to Palin, herself?
It's not that she made notes on her hand , although, it was a juvenile and silly thing to do being that she was going to be on national television . In today's world, virtually everything is caught on tape, she should have known how it would make her look. No, the main point of contention is that she had just ridiculed the President of the United States for using a teleprompter.
First, teleprompters have been in use for decades, preceded by cue-cards... a common sense thing to do when you are speaking to millions of people as the leader of the free world.
Second, that is during a speech ... not during Q and A on a news program.
Third, she already has a problem with credibility, and this act just reconfirmed that she is out of her element.
Last, Michael Moore is not trying to get elected, not claiming that he is the answer. That was a silly comparison.
The Republican Right is always so quick to attack and push around. But, like the bully on the playground, they can't take it in return. Palin's snide commentaries, love of shiny lights, and lack of cohesive platform should be her downfall.... then again, Bush DID get reelected, so hope is distant.
