Try diving into the great outdoors by planning a 1.5 to 2 mile route using to help find a local path near you. Hills are crucial, so make sure your path has you on an incline at least once every 5 minutes. Alternate 5 minutes of walking at the fastest pace you can, with 5 minutes of walking at a brisk pace.
